Yes you can. To clarify, what you mean by trigonometric ratio are the sin, cos and tangent?

Example:
If you were given the sin trigonometric ratio

opposite = 6
hypotenuse = 10

using pythagorean theorem you will be able to find the adjacent
  \sqrt{(} {10}^{2}  -  {6}^{2} )  \: is \: equals \: to \: 8
For that reason, you are able to solve all the trigonometric ratios.
