Given: In the adjoining circle, MN || PQ.

To Prove: Chord PB = Chord QB.

Proof: In triangle PBQ and triangle POQ

1. MN || PQ { Given }

2. PQ = PQ { Common side }

Therefore according to SSS Rule

triangle PBQ = triangle POQ

Therefore PB = OB { C.P.C.T }

Hence Proved.
