Answer:

First the two children should get on the boat and go to Point B from Point A.(lets name them Sam and Jess, to make this answer easier to understand.) Then Sam should get out (On the other side:Point B) while Jess goes back to her parents (Point A). Then Jess should get out and the father should get in the boat and row to Point B and then get out. Then Sam (who was on the other side:Point B) should get in and row to Point A and bring Jess back to Point B. Then Jess gets out at Point B and Sam goes to Point A again. Then his mother who is at Point A gets in the boat and rows to point B leaving Sam at Point A. Then Jess (who is at Point B) gets in the boat and rows to Point A. At last, Sam and Jess row back to Point B from Point A.
