given x-y=3
and 1/2xy = 54
so,y=108/X
put this value of y in above eqn
so there will be a quadratic like wise
x^2-3x-108=0
on solving it u will get X=12
put X=12 in above eqn and get y=9
now by Pythagoras theorem hypotenuse^2 = 12^2+9^2=225
thus hypotenuse =15
the sides will be 12 ,9,15
than its perimeter will be 12+9+15=36 cm
