sn= 2n^2 + 3n
first term is n=1
=> a= 2×1+3×1=5
sum of two term n=2
=> a+ a+ d= 2×4+3×2
=> 2a + d = 14
=> d= 14-2×5=14-10=4
a=5 , d= 4
16th term is a+15d = 5+15×4 =65 ans
