You already have the figure, so I'll just explain with same figure.
# Given-
□ABCD is a parallelogram.
BC=BE
.
# To prove-
□AEBD is a parallelogram
.
# Proof-
Looking at the figure,
In a parallelogram ABCD,
AD=BC
But Given BC=BE
AD=BE ...(1)
side AD parallel to side BC
side AD parallel to line CE
side AD parallel to side BE ...(2)
From (1)&(2) [properties of parallelogram],
□AEBD is a parallelogram.
Hence proved.
