kx-12=3k\\kx=3k+12\\x=\dfrac{3k+12}{k}=3+\dfrac{12}{k}                           (k\not =0)

For x to be an integer, k must be a divisor of 12. k must be also positive, therefore k\in\{1,2,3,4,6,12\}.

n(k)=6, therefore the last answer is correct.
