1) The organelle called 'endoplasmic reticulum', in both plants and animals, is responsible for the manufacturing of lipids (fats) and many proteins.

2) If an organelle is destroyed due to some influence, it will undergo degradation. This degradation will be carried out by the suicidal bags of the cell also known as Lysosomes. They contain some digestive enzymes which breaks down the waste material, foreign particles and dead organelles.

3) If the plasma membrane ruptures, the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. Henceforth, the cell will die.

4) These substances move in and out due to a physical phenomenon called diffusion. Diffusion occurs when particles spread. They move from a region where they are in high concentration to a region where they are in low concentration through the semipermeable cell membrane.
