Answer:

total current = voltage in circuit/Req here 0.02=6/200+R then 4+0.02R=6 ,0.02R=2 then R is 100 ohm and in series combination of resistance current flow equal in both resistor then V=i×R ,V=0.02×100 means in voltmeter V is 2 volt
