and also the both arc are equal

then resistance of both individuals arcs

is 2×pi×0.1×6 =1.2piohm

now , if they joined parellel

then equivalent resistance b/w a and b is ( 1/1.2 pi+1/1.2 pi)^-1

= (2/1.2 pi)^-1

= 0.6pi ohm
