 \frac{36 m^2}{289} - 81

=  \frac{(6m)^2}{(17)^2} - (9)^2

=  (\frac{6m}{17})^2 - (9)^2

 a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b),

=  \boxed{(\frac{6m}{17} + 9)(\frac{6m}{17} - 9) }

20:-

 81 - (x - 7)^2

=  (9)^2 - (x - 7)^2

 a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b),

=  [(9) + (x - 7)][(9) - (x - 7)]

=  (9 + x - 7)(9 - x + 7)

= \boxed{ (2 + x)(16 - x)}
