Answer:

48, New Bank Enclave, Delhi-110035. 16 October, 20xx. The Editor, The Times of India, New Delhi-110018. Sir, Subject: Poorly maintained parks of New Bank Enclave I am a regular reader of this news paper and wish to use its columns to draw the attention of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to the deplorable condition of parks in our colony. The parks were planned as safe playground for children and adults alike. They can have plenty of green plants, which can refine the air of Delhi. But, they have been neglected for long. Hardly, any trees or flowers have been planted there, the fences are broken in many places, no benches are available for people to sit. The gardeners neglect their duties , but have taken up private jobs. It is my humble request to the MCD authorities to help the Resident Association by providing the funds and manpower to do up the parks and maintain them. I hope that the concerned authorities will take appropriate action to solve the problem. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, Rohini
