total volume occupied by 100 persons = 12.25×100

= 1225

volume of cuboidal room = l×b×h

1225cm³= 25×9.8m×h

1225/25×9.8= h

h= 5m

The volume of air in the room = volume of the room.

Now,

air requirement of one person = 12.25 cu.m

air requirement of 100 people = 1225 cu.m

Now,

volume of room = volume of air = 1225

Let the height be x m.

Now,

25m × 9.8m × x m = 1225 cu.m

x =  \frac{1225}{25 \times 9.8}  = 5

Therefore, the height must be 5m.
