Here,

 \boxed{ \boxed{ \large \textbf{Value  \: of  \: x} \:  \to   \:  \red{ \sf(- 23)}}}

 \boxed{ \boxed{ \large \textsf{Value  \: of  \: y} \:  \to   \:  \red{ \bf(- 23)}}}

VERIFICATION :-

 \rm\circ \:\: {For  \:  \:  {Eq}^{n} \:  \: (i),}

=> 12(-23) - 15(-23) = 69

=> - 276 + 345 = 69

=> 69 = 69

 \rm\circ \:\: {For  \:  \:  {Eq}^{n} \:  \: (ii),}

=> 13(-23) - 17(-23) = 92

=> - 299 + 391 = 92

=> 92 = 92

 \small \rm \sout{NOTE} :   \textsf{Refer to the attached picture for detailed solution.}

12x - 15y = 69 \purple{............(i)}

\boxed{x =  \frac{69 + 15y}{12}}

  13x - 17y = 92 \purple{..............(ii)}

\orange{......................................................}

\sf Putting \: value \: of \: x \: in \: (ii)~equation:-

 13 \times (\frac{69 + 15y}{12} ) - 17y = 92

  \frac{897 + 195y}{12}   - 17y = 92

\frac{897 + 195y - 204y}{12}  = 92

 897 - 9y = 1104

 - 9y = 1104 - 897

  - 9y = 207

 y =  \frac{207}{ - 9}

\red{y = -23}

\orange{......................................................}

 \sf Putting \: value \: of \: y \: in \:x:-

x =  \frac{69 + 15 \times ( - 23)}{12}

 x =  \frac{69 - 345}{12}

 x =  \frac{ - 276}{12}

 \red{x =   - 23}

\orange{......................................................}
