 {x}^{2} + 6 {y}^{2} = 5xy \\ divide \: by \: {y}^{2} \\ ( {x}^{2} \div {y}^{2} ) + 6 = 5(x \div y) \\ let \: x \div y = t \\ {t}^{2} - 5t + 6 = 0 \\ t = 5 + 1 \div 2 = 3 \: and \: t = 2 \\ so \: if \: t = 3 \\ (x \div y) = 3 \\ and \: when \: t =2 \\ (x \div y) = 2
