Explanation: From the stoichiometry-for 3mol of hydrogen 1mol of Nitrogen is required. So 6mol of Hydrogen require 2mol of nitrogen. We have more than enough nitrogen so it's not used up first. Counter to that 1mol of nitrogen require 3mol of hydrogen. So 4mol of nitrogen require 12mol of hydrogen. We only have 6mol of hydrogen which is not enough. So hydrogen will be used up first, and thus it'll limit the reaction.
