Hey user here is the solution

Let the radius be 5x and the height be 12x

Since volume of a right circular cone = pie r^2 h /3

314 = 3.14 * 5x * 12x/3
314 = 314.00 x^3
X^ 3 = 1
Therefore x =1
Therefore the Base radius is 5 cm and the height is 12 cm

Finding the slant height 'l' By pathagores
Theorem
= l^2 = h^2 + r^2
= l^2 = (12)^2 + (5)^2
= l^2 = 144 + 25 =169
L = 13
THEREFORE The slant height is 13cm

Now finding the TSA of the right circular cone
I. E pie r ( r + l )
= 3.14 *5 ( 5 + 13)
= 15.7 * 18
= 282.6 cm ^2
