Hii Mate....Here is your answer,
x/x^1.5 = 8x^-1
》x^(1-1.5) = 8x^-1
》x^ -0.5 = 8x^ -1
》x^ -0.5 / x^ -1 = 8
》 x ^0.5 = 8
》x ^ 1/2 = 8
》 x = 8^2
》 x = 64
CONCEPTS USED :-
A^B × A^C = A^(B+C)
A^B/A^C = A^(B-C)
A ^ 1/2 = root 2 of A
