Hy mate..

No.. -3 is to 1/4 is multiplicative inverse of 4/13..

When we solve -3 is to 1/4, we get...

-13/4

And Additive inverse of -13/4 is not 4/13..

jack626259: explain it why
aiqbal86592: no
gargi65: oky
aiqbal86592: the multiplicative inverse will be( 3 )whole1/4... not( -3) as a whole
gargi65: ....
jack626259: no because multiplicative inverse of 4/13=13/4
jack626259: -13/4

Step-by-step explanation:

No it is not multiplicative inverse of 4/13 because :

4/13 × (-3×1/4 )

4/13 × (-13/4 )

On multiplying we get -1 ... so we can say that it is not its multiplicative inverse ....
