Answer :

(a) Angle BAC = 60°

(b) Angle DCA = 60°

{c) Angle ADC = 60°

Given:

  • In a rhombus Angle ACB = 60°
  • Find Angle BAC , Angle DCA and Angle ADC

Explanation:

(a) Angle BAC

To find :

Angle BAC

Angle BAC = Angle ACB = 60°

Angle BAC = Angle ACB = 60°

[Opposite angles are equal]

_______________________

Angle CBA + Angle BAC + Angle ACB = 180°

[Angle sum property]

Angle CBA + 60° + 60° = 180°

Angle CBA = 180° - 120°

Angle CBA = 60°

_____________

(b) Angle DCA

Now , opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal

rhombus is also having same properties as parallelogram

So , DCA = BAC = 60°

[Alternate Interior angles]

.°. DCA = 60°

_____________

(c) Angle ADC

Now , Angle ADC = CBA = 60°

[Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal and rhombus is a parallelogram too]

.°. ADC = 60°

_______________
