no. of people left in ladies compartment -

$x - 15$

total people-

Let the no. Of ladies in compartment be x and no. Of people in other compartment be y.

So according to question

15(ladies) got down so= (x-15)

10 people got down so=(y-10)

No of passengers left at station B are

(x-15)+(y-10)

x+y-25

x+y=25
