Answer: this question has a simple trick

The term 4x-3/2x+1 is common in LHS

So let 4x-3/2x+1=y - eqn 1

Now y-10(1/y)=3

y-10/y=3

Taking LCM

(y^2-10)/y=3

Cross multiply

y^2-10=3y

y^2-3y-10=0

Now solve this quadratic eqn then the value of y comes to be

2 and -5

Now put this value in eqn 1

When we put y=2 in eqn 1 it becomes -3=2 which is not correct

So we will put y= -5 in eqn 1 then x= -1/3

Hope this is correct.
