answer of 13, it seems some misprint in your option, by the way check my calculation, you should follow same process.

sorry dear , there is a correction i have taken only 8 as ptoton in oxygen , but please us 8×3=24 so total number of proton will br 20+6+24=50 and then find proton in 1/10mol of caco3 ......1/10 × 50 ×6.022 ×10^23 = 3.011×10^24 , option 3 is correct.
