Heya

By Irrational / Complex Conjugate, if ( 2 - 3i ) is a root, ( 2 + 3i ) is also a root

Now, framing an equation with roots :
(2 - 3i) \: \: \: (2 + 3i)

Sum of roots = 4

Product of roots is given by :
(2 + 3i)(2 - 3i) = (4 - 9( - 1)) = 13

Hence, By general frame for quadratic equation :
 {x}^{2} - sx + p = 0

We have : s = 4 ; p = 13

Therefore, our desired equation is :
 {x}^{2} - 4x + 13 = 0

Hope it helps ^_^
