x +  \frac{1}{x}  = 7 \\  {(x +  \frac{1}{x}) }^{3}  =  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{3} }  + 3(x +  \frac{1}{x} ) \\ 343 =  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{3} }  + 21 \\  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{3} }  = 322
So a³+1/a³ = 322 and the answer you've written is correct.
