Given :-

The floor of a rectangular hall has a perimeter of 150 m. If the cost of painting four wall at the rate Rs. 10 per m² is Rs. 9000

To Find :-

Height

Solution :-

Area of four walls = Cost/Rate

⇒ Area = 9000/10

⇒ Area = 900 m²

Now

We know that

Area of four walls = 2(l + b) × h

Now

We know that

Perimeter = 2(l + b)

150 = 2(l + b)

So,

⇒ 900 = 2(l + b) × h

⇒ 900 = 150 × h

⇒ 900/150 = h

⇒ 6 = h

Therefore, Height of wall is 6 m
