please solve question 12 whose answer= 4%less

Let the original price be 100, increasing it by 20% makes it 120 then find 20% of 120 and decrease it by that number you will get 120-24 which is 96 then finding how what percent it is of the original then you will get 96% which is 4% lower than the original.
