let the tens digit be 2x
once digit be x
tens digit would be 10(2x)=20x
A.T.Q 20x+x-18=10(x)+2x(tenth digit would be multiplied by 10)
21x-18=10x+2x=12x
21x-12x=18
9x=18
x=2
number would be 42 (as tens digit is 2time x and once is simply x)
