In a rhombus, all sides are equal and diagonals bisect each other.

So, EO = OI

5 = x + 2

x = 3

EC square = OC square + EO square

                  = 12 square + 5 square

                  = 144 + 25

                  = 169

EC = 13

RO = y + x = CO = 12

12 = y + x

12 = y + 3

y = 9

RI = IC = CE = ER = 13

Perimeter = 4 x side

                 = 4 x 13

Perimeter = 52

x = 3, y = 9, Perimeter = 52
