and her mother age is 7x
therefore their present age is x+5 and 7x+5
after 5 years Sunita age is x+5+5=x+10, and her mother age is 7x+5+5= 7x+10

ATQ, 3(x+10)= 7x+10
or, 3x+30=7x+10
or, 3x-7x=10-30
or, -4x= -20
or, x = -20/-4
or, x=5
therefore their parents age will be 5+5=10, 7×5+5=35+5=40
