area = 18cm²

height = 2cm

b1 = 5cm (1 of d parallel side)

b2 = ?

=> 1/2 × h(b1 + b2) = 18cm²

=> 1/2 × 2(5 + b2) = 18cm²

=> 5 + b2 = 18cm²

=> b2 = 18 - 5

=> b2 = 13cm

hence, d other parallel syd is 513cm.

Answer:

13cm

Step-by-step explanation:

In the given figure,

Area of Trapezium = 18cm²

length(L1) = 5cm

height(h) = 2cm

Length 2(L2) = x(let)

Now,

18 = (1/2)*h*(L1+L2)

18=(1/2)*2*(5+x)

18=5+x

x=18-5

x=13cm

Therefore the length of another side is 13 cm
