Now first of all sorry I am not getting protector but 90°is always a straight line.Now,

First of all on extreme right diagram is rough diagram.

Now steps

(1) First,draw line AB by scale of 6.3cm.
(2)Now ,put your protector on pt.'B' and draw a 90° angle line.
(3)Now,measure 4.2cm in your compass by scale.Put needle of compass on pt.'B' and draw an arc where arc will meet line of 90° .The meeting point of arc and line is your pt.'C'
(4)Now put your protector on pt'C' and draw 90° line and put compass of measurement 4.2 cm on pt 'C' and draw an arc which meet line of 90° .That meeting point is your pt.'D'.
(5)At last,join points 'A' and 'D'.Your figure is complete.
(6) Give dimensions and points name at last.
