This can be solved by distance method or by slope method. latter being the easier I will do it by slope method.
we know if the points are collinear then the slopes made by the lines joining the points will be equal.
slope of line BA = (2+4)/(x+3)
slope of line CB= (-4+5)/(-3-7)
slope of BA=Slope of CB
6/(3+x)= 1/(-10)
3+x= -60
x=-63

this can be solve by the area of triangle method the points are collinear so the area of triangle is 0.
