The answer is {1/13} to the power 1

( {a}^{b}  +  {b}^{a} )^{ - 1}  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{ {a}^{b}  +  {b}^{a} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{ {2}^{3}  +  {3}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{17}

 {( {a}^{a}  +  {b}^{b} }^{ - 1}  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{ {a}^{a}  +  {b}^{b} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{ {2}^{2} +  {3}^{3}  }  \\  \\   = \frac{1}{31}
