Given - Expressions to solve

Find - Value of x.

Solution - Value of x is 8.

Firstly shifting to the number two present on Left Hand Side to Right Hand Side. Thus, the expression will be -

 \frac{x - 3}{5}  =  - 1  +  2

 \frac{x - 3}{5}  = 1

Now, multiplying the number five present on Left Hand Side by shifting it to Right Hand Side.

x - 3 = 1 \times 5

x - 3 = 5

Now, shifting the number three present on Left Hand Side to Right Hand Side.

x = 5 + 3

x = 8

Thus, the value of x is 8.
