Answer:

3x + 5/2 = 11/2

3x = 11/2 - 5/2

3x = 3

x = 1

-2x + 6 = -5

-2x = -5 - 6

-2x = -11

2x = 11

x = 11/2

-8 - 4x = 4

-4x = 4+8

-4x = 12

x = -3

I hope I was of some help to you. :)

Answer:

1) x = 1

2) x = 11/2 = 5.5

3) x = -3

Step-by-step explanation:

1) 3x + 5/2 = 11/2

         3x = 11/2 - 5/2

         3x = 6/2

           x = 3/3

           x = 1

2) -2(x - 3) = -5

    -2x + 6 = -5

           -2x = -5 - 6

               x = -11/-2

               x = 11/2 = 5.5

3) -4(2 + x) = 4

      -8 - 4x = 4

            -4x = 4 + 8

               x = 12/-4

               x = -3

happy to help :]
