so there formula is 1/2×(b1+b2)×h

1/2×(5+11)×4

16×2

32m^2

so there are two quadrillaterals

32×2=64m^2

and then area of rectangle

l×b

5×11

55m^2

we will add them

55+64

119m2 is the answer
