Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter = 62 cm

length = 24 cm

perimeter = 2 ( l + b)

62 = 2(24+b)

31 = 24 + b

b = 7cm

by Pythagoras theorem

diagonal c^2= 7 ^2 + 24^2 = 625

==> diagonal = 25cm

Heya...!!!

Good Evening

_Here Is Your Answer_

____________________________________

Given : length of rectangle= 24cm
Breadth = x
Perimeter = 62
2(length + breadth)=62
2(x + 24)=62
x + 24 = 31
x = 31 - 24
x = 7
Now , diagonal = d
d^2 = l^2 + b^2
d^2 = 24^2 + 7^2
d^2 = 576 + 49
d^2 = 625
d^2 = 25^2
d = 25

Hence , Diagonal is 25 cm
