To find m, simplify the given problem

( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{4}  \times ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{5}  = ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{2m +1}  \\ ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{4 + 5}  = ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{2m + 1}  \\ ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{9}  = ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{2m + 1}

If

( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{9}  = ( \frac{3}{7} ) {}^{2m + 1}

Then

2m+1 = 9

2m = 9-1

2m = 8

m = 8/2

m = 4
