The system of equation when it doesn't have any solution ( no solution ) it is called  { \pmb{ \bf { \green { Inconsistent \: \: System }}}}

  • For any system of equations , if the equation has unique solution . Then the system is called  { \pmb{ \bf { \blue { Consistent \: \: System }}}}

  • For any system of equations , if the equation has Infinite many solutions . Then the system is called  { \pmb{ \bf { \orange { Consistent \: \: System }}}} and  { \pmb{ \bf { \orange{ Dependent \: \: System }}}}

  • For any system of equations , if the equation has no solution . Then the system is called  { \pmb{ \bf { \red { Inconsistent \: \: System }}}}

Henceforth , option ( a ) is correct :)
