Object Height = h1 = 1.2m = + 120 cm

Object Distance = 30 cm = (-30) = u

Focal Length = f = (-20) cm

Image Distance = v = (-60) cm

Image Height = h2 = ?

By Magnification Formula :

m = h2/h1

Also m = - (v / u)

Then

h2/h1 = - (v/u)

h2/120 = - (-60/-30)

h2/120 = -(2)

h2/120= - 2

h2 = (-2) × 120

h2 = (-240)cm

h2 = (-2.4)m

Hence

Image Height = h2 = (-2.4)m
