Step-by-step explanation:

We have,

 \frac{1}{ log_{ \frac{a}{b} }(x) } + \frac{1}{ log_{ \frac{b}{c} }(x) } + \frac{1}{ log_{ \frac{c}{a} }(x) } \\

 = log_{ x} \bigg( \frac{a}{b} \bigg) + log_{ x} \bigg( \frac{b}{c} \bigg) + log_{ x} \bigg( \frac{c}{a} \bigg) \\

 = log_{ x}( a) - log_{x}(b) + log_{ x}(b) - log_{x}(c) + log_{ x} ( c) - log_{x}(a) \\

 = 0
