It is given that anything to the power 0 is 1 (except of 0^0)
it means x^0=1

Answer:

so, consider this.

Step-by-step explanation:

(2^5)/(2^3)=2^2. agree? [ i.e, 2^(5-3) ]

if so, let's proceed to our next step.

2/2=1

this can also be rewritten as:

(2^1)/(2^1)= 2^(1-1) = 2^0 = 1

that's it!!
