<RQP = 25+ (180-60) =145
and as PQ || RS
so,
<BRS = 60
hence,
<QRS = (180-60)+ 25
= 120+25= 145

∠PQD+60°=180°
∠PQD=120°
now,
∠RQP=∠RQD+∠PQD
∠RQP=25°+120°
∠RQP=145°
