Explanation:

moment of inertia(MOI)of solid sphere =2/5* M*R^2

So for the 2 spheres on Lying on I-I', MOI = 2*2/5*M*R^2 = 4 kg-m^2

for the spheres on right we use parallel axis theorem to find MOI,

M abt I-I' = 2*( 2/5 M*R^2 + Mk^2)

= 2*(2/5*5*1^2 + 5* 2^2)

= 2* 22 = 44kg-m^2

Total MOI = 48 kg-m^2
