Algebra,

We have

12x²+ 7xy - 12y² divided by 3x + 4y

It could be done in simple way but I'm going do it in factorisation method,

(12x²+ 7xy - 12y²)/(3x + 4y)
Now by applying middle term factorisation we get,

(12x²+ 16xy - 9xy - 12y²)/(3x + 4y)

= {4x(3x + 4y) - 3y(x + 4y)}/(3x + 4y)

= {(3x + 4y)(4x - 3y)}/(3x + 4y)

= 4x - 3y

So the quitient is 4x - 3y

But you can't use this method in every case,
ok

That's it
Hope it helped (*^_^*)
