Distance Delhi to Agra = 200 km
Speed for 100 km = 50 km/h
   => time duration taken to cover it = 100/50  = 2 hours

Average speed for whole 200 km/h = 70 km/h  (given)
  => Total duration taken to cover 200 km = 200/70 = 20/7 hours

Time duration to cover the last 100 km = 20/7 - 2 = 6/7 hours
Average speed during the last 100 km = 100/(6/7) = 700/6 km/h

========
15 km covered at speed 30 kmph :  duration taken = 15/30 = 1/2 hr
75 km covered at speed 50 kmph : duration taken = 75/50 = 3/2 hr
10 km covered at  speed 20 kmph : duration taken = 10/20 = 1/2 hr

Total duration = 5/2 hrs
Total distance = 100 km
average speed = 100/(5/2) = 40 kmph
