So 31.25% of 32
$31.25\% \: of \: 32 \\ = 31.25\% \times 32 \\ = \frac{31.25}{100} \times 32 \\ = 10$
Pankaj will get =10 lamps

Sagar will get=Total Remain lamp-(Rishi lamp+pankaj lamp)
Sagar will get=32-(10+8)
=32-18
=14

Sagar will get =14 lamps
