15/30  + 10/30  +   6/30  + 30x/30  = 9

15 + 10 + 6 + 30x  = 9 x 30

31 + 30x  = 270

30x = 270 - 31 = 239

x = 239/30 = 7.97

1/2  = 0.5

1/3  = 3.33

1/5 = 0.20

7.97 + 0.5 + 0.33 + 0.20  = 9

So answer is 7.97
