Explanation:

let there be 2 charges q1,q2

placed at a distance r

then electric field on q2 by q1 = E1= kq1/r²

similarly electric field of q1 due to q2 = E2= kq2/r²

electric feild is only dependend of the magnitude charge which produces electric feild not which charge it falls

so in this question (1)

increase the charge on Q and decrease the distance d

(2)

remains same electric feild is independend of the magnitude of the charge which it falls to
